Great stay..excellent rooms. Excellent food..very comfortable. Rooms were neatly designed. Hotel is at located heart of ooty so easily visit all tourism place's . Hotel staff were friendly and accomodative. thank u makemy 訂房網站

Un clean and dirty room area. there is no light, water, AC... Even window door was broken and such very bad experience with this hotel. infra wise zero. I was surprised how this type of hotels got listed

The rooms were unhygienic. Not cleaned properly. Light and tv was not working on one room. The room had window lock broken. We stayed for two days. They don't even bother to clean the room or change the bedsheet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
